A physiotherapist with a passion for fitness, here to help everyday individuals feel badass under a barbell, achieve their strength goals and get educated on all things exercise and injury prevention. 

I’m not just your average coach!

The problem I see is most people want coaching, but what they end up with is a program and no support. I believe you deserve better which is why my coaching focuses on supporting you through each step of your fitness journey. I challenge you, but only to a level I know you can handle.

With a comprehensive assessment, video analysis of your movement, intelligent programming and 3 weekly checks in - you and I are gonna be just fine.
